Calway Express does not provide child safety seats.

If federal, state, or local laws require your child to be in a car seat, you must bring your own. For safety and legal reasons, we may be unable to complete your ride without the proper child restraint.

At Calway Express, our luggage policy depends on the type of service you book. Please review the luggage limits for your selected vehicle when booking. Bringing too much or oversized luggage may require an extra vehicle or result in additional fees—or in some cases, we may not be able to provide the ride.

We know that travel plans can change, which is why we offer a straightforward cancellation policy. Whether you booked online or by phone, simply cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to receive a full refund. Passengers can choose how much to tip the driver. The driver always receives the full tip amount.

Your confirmation email includes detailed instructions and the driver’s phone number. If your flight is canceled, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us within the cancellation period, we will cancel your reservation and issue a refund right away. However, if you contact us after the cancellation window and the vehicle has already been dispatched, a refund may not be possible.
